Therapy Services

I believe there is wisdom and dignity in all of us that can transform our lives. Thus, I avoid seeing individuals through a lens of pathology. Instead, I prefer to understand your struggles in the context of your life.

My style is compassionate, empowering and attentive. Together, my open heart, analytical mind and intuition hold a balanced and holistic view of your life and your hopes.

My orientation for therapy comes from a “systems” perspective. This means I focus on how you function in relationship with those around you, as well as exploring what is inside you. I look at how you can define and hold on to your sense of separate self while remaining connected to others.

I do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. Based on the nature of your unique goals, we will determine the course of therapy that is right for you.

It continues to be an honor for me to work with people to access and activate their inherent strengths.

Do you want to:

* Increase intimacy in your relationships,
while not giving up your self?
* Manage difficult emotions with integrity?
* Transform harmful, old patterns?
* Live a more authentic and meaningful life?

I can help you make the changes you desire!

With particular interest and/or experience in:

* Relationships and Intimacy (straight, gay/lesbian)
* Transitions
* Personal Growth, the Enneagram
* Chronic Illness, Holistic Healing
* Premarital Counseling

It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.” --Marianne Williamson
